The Traditional Thai Massage focuses its work on the energy flowing through a vast net of channels throughout the body, called Sen, Nadis or Meridians. Hindrances of this vital force are the main cause of pain and disease. Health is conceived as balance and harmony of these energy lines in our body giving us vitality , strength and inner peace.
The course includes theory and practice.
The course aims to take the students to: - Learn how to autonomously perform a full Thai Massage
- Understand the rhythm of the Thai Massage
- Know the context and culture where Thai Massage comes from
- Experiment the effects of the massage on their own bodies
- Show the students how a Thai Massage Office should function before the clients and during the treatment.
