PRESENTATION
The Ancient art of body therapy found in traditional Ayurveda massage is one of the most complete and rejuvenating traditions developed and practiced in India. This system is part of Vedic religion; and is still one of the main pillars used in the treatments of Ayurveda Medicine which also belongs to the same religious tradition. It’s characterized for being a holistic technique that favours the integration, the balance and the dynamic interchange between the mind and the body. It’s mentioned in the older Vedic texts and it’s characterized for the oil use. It is known and used, therefore, since its origin, as method to complement and to increase the effect of distinct sciences. It was and it is used by the families as usual practice and in the medicine it was and it is used as a diagnostic method, healing and preventive. The religion has used it, since the remote antiquity, as method of purification of the body.It is important to note that Ayurvedic medical science always had in the massages an important complement with varied techniques and innumerable applications. The system that we teach it’s unique, complete, and incorporated in itself all the subtle knowledge of the functioning of the body, as much physical as subtle. Therefore the results are visible immediately. It remains to emphasize that this system is guarded by the subtle and spiritual energy field.
